  • Once Upon a Time

    3 bottles – Once upon a time, there was an idea, one that grew over the years, with each vintage telling its own story. To celebrate the Festive Season and the moments we share with our loved ones, we crafted this vertical selection to invite you on a journey through time, to taste the evolution of our signature wine, vintage after vintage. Don Vincenzo is a tribute to Giovanni’s father, Vincenzo, who believed in his son’s vision and supported the creation of one of the first organic wineries in Tuscany – a pure Sangiovese, carefully selected from the single vineyard La Vigna di Don Vincenzo and crafted only in the finest vintages.

    The 2007 vintage is elegant, powerful, and full of character. A warm and bright summer led to impressive depth, color, and body, with refined tannins.

    Format: 0.75 Litres

    Description of the Vintage: a cool, balanced year, with healthy grapes and regular ripening, leading to elegant, fresh wines with fine tannins. The Chianti Classico 2013 is an elegant and well-balanced wine. It has hints of ripe cherry, violet, delicate spices and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it has fine tannins and good acidity, with a harmonious finish and slightly balsamic notes.
