One to know

We came outside of working hours, and although on her lunch break, the lady gladly accepted us as visitors and explained their history of wine making. Then we had a taste of their wines, and 4 out of 5 bottles they offered were very decent. We ended up taking some Riserva, the wine was a very good vintage, majority was the san giovese grape, i think with a touch of merlot. Then i tasted their olive oil and was smitten, one of the best extra virgin oils i ever tasted, with that bitter taste at the end that only first pressing offers. We got some bottles of that too. Very good experience and i’ll look out for their wine in the future!
